PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Jones Worley, working with architects KPS Group, provided wayfinding and signage design services for the $190 million renovation of Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport’s terminal. The renovation resulted in the addition of 19 new gates and parking deck improvements. Jones Worley addressed the wayfinding and signage upgrades at the curbside, check-in, baggage claim and concourses. The signage program included permanent architectural graphics as well as digital components for dynamic messaging and flight information systems. Jones Worley provided comprehensive services from programming through construction administration.
