Jones Worley, working with KPS Group, provided wayfinding and signage-design services for the $190-million renovation of Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport’s terminal. Jones Worley collaborated with KPS architects to address wayfinding and signage upgrades at the curbside, check-in, baggage claim and concourses. The renovation resulted in the addition of 19 new gates and parking deck improvements. The signage program included permanent architectural graphics as well as digital components for dynamic messaging and flight information systems. Jones Worley provided comprehensive services from programming through construction administration.
