As part of MARTA’s State of Good Repair capital-improvements program, Jones Worley is providing branding, strategy and messaging, education and public awareness, marketing outreach, and collateral development services for the Authority’s rehabilitation program involving 116 elevators and 111 escalators, as well as MARTA’s headquarters and maintenance and operations facilities. The goal: ensure that, as equipment goes offline, key audiences, especially customers with disabilities, are aware of the outages so they can plan their journey.
Jones Worley is also managing the printing and fabrication of experiential graphics that will be used in all 38 stations as the program evolves. MARTA’s ground-breaking elevator/escalator modernization program is the largest undertaking of its kind in the world and will take 10 years to complete.
