Located in a charming, early 20th-century historic district, the new Beckley Transit Center serves as the gateway to the City of Beckley and access point to nearby national parks and popular outdoor destinations.

Jones Worley was engaged by the architect, NBA, to develop the wayfinding and signage design for this inter-city bus hub. Jones Worley’s approach incorporated architectural elements into its signage design that embraced the integrity of this historic district’s revitalization efforts.

For this new $24 million, four-acre bus transit center, the team created the signage program for the 60,000-square-foot, multi-phased facility, which includes a 540-space parking deck with multi-level entrances and exits, pedestrian wayfinding, and site identification.
