Gateway Village
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
As part of the revitalization of the historic Third Ward neighborhood in Charlotte, NC, developer Cousins Properties, in a joint venture with Bank of America, developed Gateway Village, a 15-acre urban mixed-use site.
Jones Worley worked with Cousins to develop a wayfinding and signage program for the 1.1 million square feet of high-tech office space, 2,750 parking spaces, more than 500 residential units, and 125,000sf of street-level retail.
