Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena / Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville
Building / campus wayfinding and signage design

Jones Worley has a long history working in the City of Jacksonville with its aviation and transportation authorities. As part of the city’s comprehensive Better Jacksonville Plan, Jones Worley also collaborated with architectural teams concurrently developing two signature sporting facilities.
HOK Sports engaged Jones Worley to manage wayfinding and signage for the $130,000-million, 15,000-seat, multi-purpose Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena (now VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena). Work included developing interior and exterior directional signage, an exterior wayfinding and branding system, and a 60-foot suspended directional banner program.
A few miles away, we collaborated with Populous architects on the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville (renamed 121 Financial Park). For this $34-million, 11,000-seat stadium, we developed a signage program to complement the old-brick façade. The graphics-standards system was applied to 12 skyboxes, four skydecks, concession areas and all other interior and exterior park spaces.
